2. Why do you want to be staff: I would like to be staff to help the server grow from its new state into a more thriving community of people who want to have fun and play GMOD.
3. Why should we choose you: I have a very big amount of experience on GMOD and being staff overall. I have been staff on a few star wars RP server, a few military RP servers, and a few DarkRP servers. I am very aware of the ULX menu and I am experienced at hosting servers.
3.1 Any previous staff experience: Posted Above.
3.2 How long have you played on the server(N/A Pre-Launch): 1 hour jakob said to not worry about this section.
3.3 Do you have any warns: No
4. A youtuber comes on and trolls, what do you do: At the start take him as any normal person by giving a verbal warn and with his further disobedient actions move to a written warning, then to a kick and if he/she proceeds to join back and troll again, proceed to a ban.
5. You see an admin abusing, what do you do: Tell a higher up immediately so they can handle to abuse of power.
6. Explain what ULX is used for (20 Words minimum): ULX is used for handling and controlling not only rule breakers, but everyone. ULX can be used to help with events and other server activities. ULX is mainly a universal way to help with everything on the server.
6.1 Give 2 ULX Commands: ulx goto, ulx jail
7. Explain how you get promoted (20 words minimum) : Ways you can be promoted are by being an active member of the community, helping players on the server, and a really good way to be promoted is just by being a great staff member all around and helping anyway you can.
7.2 Explain how you could get demoted (20 words minimum) : There is really no other way to put it except don't abuse, be disrespectful and mainly don't be stupid. Just listen to higher ups and be a nice cheerful helper to the players of the server.
8. A player RDM's and says it was an accident, what do you do (30 words minimum) : Well in this situation I would use the person who was RDM'ed to dictate the situation. Based on the person who was killed story I will proceed to warn or just inform them to be more careful and to enjoy the server.
8.1 What would be a suitable ban for mass RDM, in your opinion: Mass RDM is not good but it alone I don't see should be a Perma, I would do a 30 day. If another rule was broken such as trolling or failrp would be a perma.
8.2 What would be a suitable ban for FailRP and Job Abuse: Thats 2 offences so based off the amount of reports or the actions that were taken with job abuse and fail rp would most likely be a 15- 30 day ban.
